A seasoned executive coach, minister, nonprofit leader, and U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain (Captain), Jake has guided organizations through complex change, earning recognition for meritorious leadership and his impact on racial reconciliation. He holds degrees from Harvard Divinity School and the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, has presented widely, and authored five books.
